where i want to crawl under my covers
and not come out for a very very long time

i don't think i can keep up the perk

at times it all seems too much

volume loud

adrenaline pumping

memories of the panic


 

then i close my eyes

put my head down

check out of reality

just for a bit


 

then I open my eyes

pick my head up

and make a list
